In Threads magazine March 2013 Threads announces Amy Butler’s new line of fashion fabrics. And, I gotta say they are lovely. This new line is really a breath of fresh air. Some of her other fabrics were great for aprons or tote bags and pillows but for my clothing choices I found them to be too loud or something. Just color combos I wouldn’t normally wear.
Can’t wait to get my hands on a couple of yards of these beauties. The fabric comes in voile, rayon challis, sateen, velveteen, cotton and linen. What do you think? Click here for more pics
Oh, I have such a crush on Amy Butler fabric!!!! I’m thrilled to know she has some new fabrics out.
These look really exciting. Can’t wait to get a yard or two.
These are beautiful! I had no idea she had some fashion fabrics on offer! Now we’re not limited to quilting cottons and A-line skirts 😛 Thanks for posting!
My pleasure
These are not something I ned to see if the year of Stashbusting is to happen. I’d better buy now and start that in February.
Oh dear. Have not heard and probably do not want to hear about Stashbusting.
it’s a terrible guilt riddled event involving you not buying new fabric and only using what you have on hand. It’s cruel,so cruel! All that fabric in those stores left homeless..sniff..sniff…
Wowsers! Hope we get the in the UK too, I love no’s 1&3. I can see dresses for daughter no 2 in those!
I can’t wait to feel them. I’m thinking of a sweet blouse.
The last two would make pretty blouses.
These are perfect to starting dreaming about spring. I’m not sure what the price point is on these, but they have got to be cheaper than Liberty.
They look like 1960s inflected Liberty Prints — I love them!
That’s exactly what I thought. Hopefully, not as expensive.
